The Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) has published the EXIM Bank MT Recruitment 2022 Notification for recruiting Management Trainees in the bank on regular basis. Candidates selected as Management Trainee in EXIM Bank will be absorbed in the bank as Deputy Manager after completing the training period.
Salary / Pay Scale for Management Trainee in EXIM Bank India
Management Trainees (MT) in EXIM Bank will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM) I as Deputy Manager, after successful completion of traineeship for one year in the Bank. A monthly stipend of ` 55,000/- will be paid during the period of traineeship. The current CTC of Deputy Manager in EXIM Bank is ā¹17 lakh per annum approximately.
Eligibility Criteria / Educational Qualification for EXIM MT
Educational Qualification for EXIM MT Recruitment is MBA/PGDBA, with specialisation in Finance from a recognised University / Institution or Chartered Accountants (CA).
MBA/PGDBA course should be of a minimum 2 years full time duration, with a specialisation in Finance from a recognised University / Institution.
In case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient. Minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), in both Graduation and PostGraduation.
Age Limit For EXIM Bank Management Trainee
The upper age limit for EXIM MT Recruitment is 25 years for UR / EWS Candidates, 28 years for OBC (NCL) Candidate and 30 year for SC / ST Candidates.
Maximum age of PWD candidates belonging to UR/EWS ā 35 years, SC/ST ā 40 years and OBC ā 38 years.
Selection Process for Management Trainee in EXIM Bank
The Selection Process for Management Trainee (MT) in EXIM Bannk will comprise of Written Test and Personal Interview.
The date and timing of the written test EXIM MT will be advised to the eligible candidates at a later date.
Candidates who are shortlisted based on the performance in the Written Test will be called for Personal Interview.
