IBPS PO 2026 Vacancy Details
A total of 6,715 vacancies have been announced for recruitment in participating public sector banks through the CRP PO/MT-XVI process.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Candidates appearing in the final year whose results are not declared are not eligible.
Age Limit (As on 01 July 2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
Candidates should have been born between the dates prescribed in the official notification. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.

IBPS PO Salary 2026
Selected candidates will be appointed in Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I).
Salary Structure
- Basic Pay: ₹48,480
- Gross Salary: Approximately ₹75,000 – ₹90,000+ per month depending on posting location and allowances.
The pay scale can reach approximately ₹85,920 with increments and allowances.
