Post:-
(a) Junior Stenographer
(b) Junior Secretariat Assistant
(c) Multi-Tasking Staff
Minimum Essential Qualification:-
- For Post (A) – 10+2 / XII or its equivalent and proficiency in Stenography as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
- For Post (B) – 10+2 / XII or its equivalent and Proficiency in Computer Typing Speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.
- For Post (C) – Matriculation or equivalent pass. [DESIRABLE: Intermediate (12th Class) pass.]
Age Limit:-
- For Post (A) – Not exceeding 27 years as on 02-03-2026.
- For Post (B) – Not exceeding 28 years as on 02-03-2026.
- For Post (C) – Not exceeding 25 years as on 02-03-2026.

Selection Procedure:-
2 phases – Competitive Written Examination AND Proficiency Test in Stenography/Computer typing.
